Union Minister for State for Health and Family Welfare Bharati Pravin Pawan has called upon the BJP cadre to strengthen the party from the booth level and stated that they would not wonder if a miracle happens in AP in the next elections.
The Union Minister addressed the party activists at a programme ‘Booth Swasekthi Karun Abhiyan’, organised on the campus of Hindu College of Pharmacy here on Saturday.
Speaking on the occasion, she expressed happiness at the joining of youths in the BJP. He underlined the need of forming committees at the district, mandal, and booth levels. “No wonder, if a miracle happens in Andhra Pradesh in the coming days. There is a need to strengthen the booth committees. Strong booth committees are essential to winning elections,” she said.
Bharati Pravin Pawan asked the leaders to hold workshops at mandal under the Booth Swasekthikaran Abhiyan programme. She asked the cadres to organise outreach programmes in the rural areas to explain to the people about the welfare schemes, being implemented by the Narendra Modi-led central government.
Earlier, a huge rally was organised from the Khaja toll gate plaza to the Hindu college. District president Patibandla Ramakrishna and SC Mortha district president Dara Ambedkar were among those who were present. As many as 30 people joined the BJP.
