Prominent women’s association of Maharashtra, Swarajya Mahila Sangatan, which is fighting for women’s issues, merged with the BRS party in the presence of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao in Hyderabad on Wednesday. On this occasion, BRS president KCR welcomed Swarajya Mahila Sangatan’s president Vanitha Tai Gutte along with other members.
Vanitha Tai Gutte said that the schemes and policies implemented by the BRS government aimed at the uplift and welfare of women in the State of Telangana have greatly impressed the Maharashtra women’s world. “In this order, we have decided to merge with the aim of working together with the BRS party, which is working for the welfare and self-reliance of the poor, needy, helpless and widows of the society.”
Vanita Tai stated that she will sincerely follow the orders of the party president and CM KCR in carrying forward the policies of the BRS party. She made it clear, “We are ready to work with the BRS party for the rest of our lives.”
Along with the Swarajya Mahila, leaders of various parties from different parts of Maharashtra joined the BRS party under the leadership of Maharashtra BRS leader Shankaranna Dhondge.
Buldhana District BJP vice-president Arjun Wankhade, State Union worker (member) Ram Rao Shinde Patil, BJP State vice-president Bhayasaheb Patil, Panchayat Samithi Sabhapati Suresh Misrav, Shambhaji Brigade State vice-president Ashok Mohale, Corporator, NCP Party Taluka president Jayant Chaudhary, Mahila Aghadi’s Manisha Chaudhary, Mahagaon Taluk Sabhapati Narendra Khadare, Shiv Sena district secretary Dattaraj Deshmukh, Lahurao Madke, Aship Yatal, Sunil Jadhav, Santosh Rathore and others have joined the BRS party.
