Looks like the Telugu film industry has been going through a really tough time. To mention, not for the films but off late, the industry has lost several gems recently.The industry has still not got out of the news of the unfortunate demise of Nandamuri Tarakaratna, on Tuesday morning the industry got the news of renowned film editor  GG Krishna Rao passing away in Bengaluru.

Krishna Rao garu’s contribution to the world of cinema is immeasurable. He lent his creative genius to over 200 films, working with some of the greatest directors of our time, including the likes of Dasari Narayana Rao garu, K Viswanath garu, Bapu garu, Jandhyala garu, and many more!

Krishna Rao garu was especially close to production houses like Poornodaya and Vijaya Madhavi Productions, creating cinematic magic that left audiences spellbound.Some of his most memorable works include the classics Sankarabharanam, Sagara Sangamam, Swathimuthyam, Subhaleka, Bobbilipuli, Sardarpaparayudu, Sutradharulu, Seethamaalakshmi, Sruthilayalu, Muddhamandaram, Nalugu Stambalata, Sirivennela, Subhasankalpam, Swarabhishekam, and Sri Rama Rajyam, to name just a few!
