The Minister also announced that he would provide Rs 10 lakh for the construction of the building, which will be constructed on a 2-acre land at a cost of Rs 100 crore. After laying the foundation stone, Yadav said, “The Telangana government is providing financial assistance to the private temples to help them organise festivals.” He further said that the Telangana government is working for the development and welfare of all sections though various welfare schemes.
“The biggest Kaleswaram project was built with the idea of making good use of the Godavari waters which are being wasted in the sea. The Yadadri temple was built by the Telangana government under the leadership of KCR at a cost of Rs 1,200 crore, which will go down in history. The government would continuously work for development and welfare and get people’s approval,” the Minister stressed.
He criticised the BJP government at the Centre for not paying attention to public issues and not contributing to development. The parties of each party have flagged that the interrogators will be harassed by the investigation agencies under the Central government. He asked if Kishan Reddy could tell what he had done to the people of Secunderabad Parliament Constituency who voted for him in four years after he was elected as Union Minister. He said that traders, industrialists and people are very happy without any problems because the State government is maintaining law and order efficiently. He reminded that the Ganesh Navratri festival organised in Hyderabad city has a special recognition in the country.
He said that the government will provide land and funds for the construction of such buildings to all communities. Similarly, since many years, the poor and middle class people are being provided medical services at very low prices, he said. He said that Chief Minister KCR has allotted the existing land to Mahaveer Hospital which is running on government-leased land in Masab Tank and not on lease. The value of this land is said to be up to Rs 300 crore according to the current market price.
