Minister for Revenue, Stamps, and Registrations, Anagani Satya Prasad, has emphasised that the State government, led by the TDP, is actively working to resolve the issues faced by the public. He assured that immediate solutions would be provided to petitioners through a transparent system.
On Saturday, Minister Satya Prasad, along with MLC P. Ashok Babu, MLA Nakka Anand Babu, Bapatla MP T. Krishna Prasad, and TDP Politburo Member Varla Ramaiah, received grievances from petitioners at the TDP Central Office in Mangalagiri, Guntur district. Upon receiving these petitions, Minister Prasad and other leaders contacted the relevant officials by phone and instructed them to address the issues as soon as possible.
Minister Satya Prasad highlighted that such a transparent, accountable, and responsive system was absent during the previous YSRCP government, where he claimed that police station work was only carried out for those affiliated with the YSRCP.
He emphasised that under the current government, petitions are accepted from everyone, regardless of political affiliation, and the government is genuinely committed to resolving these issues. He further explained that Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu’s vision is focused on the overall development of the state, and the petition system at the party office is part of this vision. He assured that all petitions would be forwarded to the relevant ministers and officials for prompt action.
TDP Politburo Member Varla Ramaiah expressed satisfaction with the initiative and praised Chief Minister Naidu for involving them in several significant programmes within the state.
He also reiterated the TDP-led NDA government’s commitment to ensuring the safety and security of women, particularly women doctors, referencing a recent incident in Kolkata.
Ramaiah noted that the state government is taking all necessary measures to prevent such incidents.
