The High Court has given the green light for transferring government teachers in Telangana. The High Court modified the interim orders passed regarding the transfer of teachers.
However, the court rejected the allotment of 10 additional points to the leaders of teacher unions. The court allowed union leaders to be transferred without giving extra points.
The court allowed allocating additional points to teacher couples. The High Court made it clear that the transfers of teachers are subject to its final order.
