The Chief Minister Revanth Reddy-led TelanganaRising delegation concluded its multi-city Japan tour, returning with investment commitments totalling Rs 12,062 crore and an estimated job creation potential of nearly 30,500 in sectors like Artificial Intelligence, manufacturing and industrial infrastructure.
The Marubeni Corporation signed an agreement to develop a next-generation industrial park in Hyderabadโs proposed Future City. With an initial investment of Rs 1,000 crore, the total estimated investment could touch Rs 5,000 crore. The project promises to generate 30,000 jobs.
NTT Data and Neysa Networks signed an MoU to set up an Artificial Intelligence Data Centre Cluster in Hyderabad. The project, backed by a Rs 10,500 crore investment, is expected to boost Telanganaโs digital infrastructure significantly.
Toshiba Transmission and Distribution Systems India (TTDI) has committed Rs 562 crore to expand its Rudraram facility, which manufactures transmission and distribution equipment. The expansion is set to bolster Telanganaโs leadership in power equipment manufacturing.
In the employment sector, TOMCOM, in partnership with Turn Corporation and the Raj Group, has signed an agreement to facilitate the placement of 500 skilled workers from Telangana in Japan.
