Telangana government will bear the expenses for four top students chosen by the State Agriculture Department to pursue master’s degrees in the US.
Minister for Agriculture Tummala Nageswara Rao announced that the government would fully fund the education of these students, selected by the State Agriculture Department, to pursue their master’s degrees at Auburn University in Alabama.
These students completed their degrees from Jayashankar Agricultural University and Konda Lakshman Horticulture University in the years 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26. The government will cover a total of Rs.55.50 lakh for all four students over two years. A sum of Rs.2.22 crore has been allocated for this purpose.
Nageswara Rao said that the government is committed to supporting the talented and underprivileged students in the state. He congratulated the students, Pravallika from Warangal district, Pavani from Karimnagar district, Aishwarya, and Nidha Begum from Hyderabad
