Justice A Rajasheker Reddy took charge as the chairperson of the Telangana Real Estate Appellate Tribunal along with two other members. The tribunal was appointed on June 7.
Reddy has been appointed as the Chairperson as per Government Order number 67 pertaining to Real Estate (Regulation and Development), Act, 2016. “In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 46 of Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 read with rule 26 of the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017, the Government of Telangana hereby appoints Justice A Rajasheker Reddy (Rtd.) as Chairperson of Telangana Real Estate Appellate Tribunal,” read the notice from M Dana Kishore, Principal Secretary to the Telangana government.
Pradeep Kumar Reddy Palle and retired IAS officer Chitra Ramachandran have been appointed as the judicial and administrative members respectively.
Both the members were appointed as per Government order number 68; “In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 46(3) of Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 read with rule 26 of the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017, the Government of Telangana hereby appoints the following persons as Members in the Telangana Real Estate Appellate Tribunal,” read the notification from M Dana Kishore.
