The Raja Saab delay raises questions about Prabhas’ health

Prabhas is juggling multiple projects, but concerns are growing over the prolonged production of The Raja Saab. Despite starting long ago, the film’s completion remains uncertain, with no official release timeline.
Initially produced by DVV Danayya, The Raja Saab later moved to People Media Factory due to budget constraints. Directed by Maruthi, the film has been in production for a long time, with promotional content released only on Prabhas’ birthday. However, the frequent changes in release schedules have raised concerns among fans. According to reports, a significant portion of the film is being shot using Prabhas’ body double, with the actor himself only filming close-up shots. Following his knee surgery post-Kalki 2898 AD, sources indicate that Prabhas is still experiencing discomfort, requiring further rest or another procedure.
Meanwhile, Prabhas has committed to Fauji (directed by Hanu Raghavapudi) and Spirit (directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga). While Hanu has begun filming Fauji, Sandeep is reportedly waiting for Prabhas to complete The Raja Saab. As a result, Spirit’s production may be further delayed.
