Thunderstorms are likely to occur at isolated places in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh during the next 24 hours, the Meteorological Centre said on Wednesday.
In a daily weather report here, it said that strong winds with speeds reaching 30–40 kmph are likely to occur at isolated places in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh, South Coastal Andhra Pradesh, and Rayalaseema during the next four days.
Light to moderate rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at a few places or at one or two places in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh, South Coastal Andhra Pradesh, and Rayalaseema during the next seven days.
Rainfall occurred at a few places over Coastal Andhra Pradesh, at one or two places over Rayalaseema during the last 24 hours. The southwest monsoon has been weak over Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema, the report added.
