The Telangana State Council of Science and Technology (TSCOST) organised a one-day State-level workshop on intellectual property rights at the Golkonda Hotel, Masab Tank, on Tuesday as part of the Patent Information Centre (PIC) sponsored under the State Science and Technology Programme (SSTP) of the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India (GoI).
Marupaka Nagesh, Member Secretary, TSCOST, welcomed the participants and outlined the agenda of the workshop. Dr Rajat Kumar, Special Chief Secretary for Irrigation and Command Area Develop ment, and Environment, Science and Technology Department and Vice Chairman, TSCOST was the chief guest.
