Telangana State Technology Services Limited Chairman Jagan greeted IT Minister KT Rama Rao in a novel way on the occasion of his birthday on Sunday celebrating the birthday on a grand scale at the TSTS Ltd office in Kukatpally.
Under the gift-a-smile programme, Jagan and his team said that they would distribute 18,000 notebooks, containing the mosaic-art image of KTR, among students on the occasion.
Later, they conveyed birthday greetings to KTR.
