A woman, supported by her parents, allegedly hacked her husband in Nizamabad on Monday evening as she was subjected to physical and mental torture by him. The incident happened at Chandrasekhar Colony here.
According to Nizamabad Rural Inspector of Police Venkatanarayana, Rural Sub-Inspector Mahesh, Ganga was married off to Krishna sometime ago.
Ganga accused her husband of physically and mentally torturing her. Krishna used to clash with her parents too.
Krishna went to the house of her parents-in-law around 7 am on Monday and got into an argument with his wife. They were fed up with Krishna as he continued to subject them to mental torture.
Ganga and her parents, identified as Ganga Murali and Sattamma, hacked Krishna to death after throwing chilli power in his eyes. Krishna collapsed death on the spot.
The police rushed to the sport and shifted the body to Government Hospital for post-mortem.
The police registered a case and an investigation is on.
