Urvashi Rautela calls Chiranjeevi her ‘Guardian Angel’ for Helping Her Ailing Mother

Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela, who has made a mark in Telugu cinema, recently opened up about the invaluable support she received from Megastar Chiranjeevi during a difficult time. The actress, known for her performances in Daaku Maharaj alongside Balakrishna and her special dance number in Waltair Veerayya with Chiranjeevi, revealed how the veteran actor stepped in to help her mother during a medical emergency.
Urvashi’s mother, Meenu Rautela, was hospitalized after suffering an intra-articular fracture in her left leg. The condition was deemed serious by doctors, leaving Urvashi in distress as she struggled to find the best course of treatment. In a moment of uncertainty, she reached out to Chiranjeevi for help.
The Megastar responded promptly and took it upon himself to ensure that Urvashi’s mother received the best medical attention. He personally coordinated with the medical team at Apollo Hospital in Kolkata, facilitating the necessary treatment. Thanks to his intervention, the doctors successfully performed surgery, leading to her recovery.
Expressing her deep gratitude, Urvashi shared her experience in an interview with a Telugu news outlet. “I had always heard about Chiranjeevi sir’s generosity, but I witnessed it firsthand during the shoot of Waltair Veerayya. When my mother faced a major health crisis, I was desperate to find the right treatment. That’s when I turned to Chiranjeevi sir for help,” she said.
Describing his unwavering support, she added, “He told us not to worry and, like a guardian angel, took the time to understand the entire situation. He spoke to the Apollo Hospital staff in Kolkata and ensured that she received the best treatment available. Even with his packed schedule, he constantly checked in on us, offering reassurance and support.”
Moved by his kindness, Urvashi further stated, “I cannot put into words the gratitude I feel. He proved that humanity and goodwill still exist. He reminded us time and again not to hesitate if we needed anything. My family and I will always be indebted to him for his generosity.”
