Vetri Selvi takes charge as Eluru district Collector

K Vetri Selvi here on Wednesday took charge as Eluru district Collector in the Collectorate.
She was accorded a warm welcome by Joint Collector B Lavanya Veni, ITDA PD M Surya Teja, DRO D Pushmani, RDOs NS K Khajavali, K Aaddayya and Administrative Officer K Kashi Viveswara Rao at the Collector’s office.
Speaking on the occasion, district Collector Vetri Selvi said that expediting the construction of Polavaram project is her priority.
She asserted that she would strive for the comprehensive development of the district and take steps to resolve the grievances of people.
Steps would also be taken to improve the sanitation in the district; she said adding that she will strive hard to keep the district at top in all sectors.
