Vijay Deverakonda, Gowtam Tinnanuri’s film locks in a release date

Vijay Deverakonda, who has captured hearts across India with his remarkable performances, is preparing to dazzle audiences once again with his upcoming film, VD12. Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Gowtam Tinnanuri, known for his National Award-winning work in Jersey and Malli Raava, VD12 promises to be a riveting action drama.
Currently, the film is being referred to by its working title, VD12. With the shoot largely completed in the picturesque settings of Sri Lanka, the production team has announced a grand release date of March 28, 2025. Fans can look forward to the official title and first look of the film, which are set to be unveiled in August.
Rockstar Anirudh Ravichander, celebrated for his musical genius, is composing the soundtrack, while the cinematography is being handled by ace lensmen Girish Gangadharan and Jomon T John. National Award-winning editor Navin Nooli is overseeing the film’s editing, ensuring a polished final product.
Produced on a grand scale by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments and Sai Soujanya of Fortune Four Cinemas, VD12 is presented by Srikara Studios. The meticulous care and passion invested in the project aim to deliver an unprecedented cinematic experience.
