YSRCP Rajya Sabha member V Vijayasai Reddy moved three private member bills in Rajya Sabha, on Friday. He emphasised the reservations for BCs in the judicial appointments in the Supreme Court and High Courts. For that, he sought amendments for articles 124 and 217 in the constitution.
In addition to this, he moved another bill regarding imposing penalties on those who published or broadcasted advertisements and concerned organisers as per section 89 of the Consumer Protection Bill. Also, he moved the third bill for the amendment of the Central University Act.
During the Parliamentary sessions, Rajya Sabha Member Vijayasai Reddy moved these three private member bills on Friday. He asked for a special wing by combining educational institutions and industries for needful research technologies through educational centres.
