VMC Commissioner inspects iconic park construction

Vijayawada Municipal Corporation Commissioner Swapnical Dinakar Pundkar visited the Excel plant at Ajith Singh Nagar and inspected the ongoing development works on Monday. Also, He directed the officers concerned to speed up the Iconic Park works. Later he ordered the officials concerned to hasten the development works in the Iconic park. He instructed the officials to construct BT Road from the entrance to the weighbridge. He further urged the officials to expedite Iconic park works.

Additional Commissioner KV Satyavathi, EE Satya Narayana Rao and others followed the Commissioner. On the other hand, before the visit, the Commissioner conducted the Spandana Programme at VMC and received a total of 17 petitions from the public.

Speaking on the occasion, the Civic Chief said that concerned authorities must take action regarding the petitions. Denizens submitted 8 petitions for the engineering department, 4 petitions for town planning and another 4 petitions for UCD to seek to solve their problems. CMOH Rathnavali and others attended the programme.
