Volunteers key to delivery of welfare schemes: Lakshmisha

Lakshmisha, Managing Director State Housing Corporation and Director Village ward Secretariats, said that the village secretariat system plays a key role in the implementation of development programmes across the state.

On the occasion of the 77th Independence Day, he hoisted the national flag at the housing corporation office in Autonagar on Tuesday and addressed the employees and explained that through the volunteers of the secretariats, the deserving poor are getting government schemes without any problem. He said that the staff of the secretariats are working well in the large-scale housing construction in the state and the various welfare schemes implemented by the government are being provided to the beneficiaries on time.

The Additional Director of the State Village Secretariats Association Dhyana Chandra said that the development schemes implemented by the government are supported by the volunteer system by delivering them to the beneficiaries door step.

Additional Director Bhavna Vashishta, officials of Housing Corporation, officials and employees of Village Secretariats participated in this programme.
Lakshmisha give certificates of appreciation to the officers and employees who rendered best services.
