BJP president clears the air

After drawing flak regarding the differing statements of BJP President JP Nadda and Telangana BJP President Sanjay regarding the Dharani Portal, the BJP has clarified its stand through Twitter.“Unnecessary criticism regarding Dharani is inappropriate. It is nothing but a part of the drama played by the opposition to divert public attention, who could not stomach the large number of people who came to the BJP’s Nagar Kurnool public meeting,” the BJP said.
“The BJP thought that it will correct the errors in Dharani Portal after coming to power. However, after listening to the requests and opinions of a majority of farmers and the public, the BJP leadership decided to scrap the Dharani Portal. The Telangana BJP leadership brought this to the notice of the BJP’s leadership. The national leadership accepted it and Nadda announced it at the Nagar Kurnool Nava Sankalpa Sabha. The Telangana BJP said that there is no need of any unnecessary criticism regarding that. This criticism is part of the opposition ploy to divert public attention from the huge crowd that attended the Nagar Kurnool meeting,” the BJP added in its Twitter post.
