Jana Sena chief K Pawan Kalyan reiterated that the JSP-TDP-BJP alliance is committed to the welfare of people and the progress of the state and appealed to the women voters to extend support stating their support is imperative for election victory.
Addressing a mammoth election meeting in Peddapuram, near here on Saturday, Pawan Kalyan alleged that over 30,000 women had gone missing in the state during the YSRCP regime but the Chief Minister did not respond on the issue.
Pawan Kalyan has claimed that he is not working for a particular caste but he is giving importance to the welfare of people of all castes. “If the women extend support to the alliance, we will sweep in East Godavari and West Godavari in the elections,” Pawan Kalyan hoped.
Expressing concern over the plight of the farmers, he said that the farmers have opted crop holidays as they are not getting MSP for their produce besides they are incurring crop loss due to calamities. The farmers are not getting any help from the Rythu Bharosa Kendras, he lashed out.
“Though the farmers suffer losses due to various reasons and are opting for crop holidays, ganja cultivation is thriving in the state. If the alliance is voted to power, the ganja selling will be oppressed with iron hand,” he announced. He lamented that even teenagers are getting addicted to ganja.
Launching a scathing attack on the YSRCP MLAs Dwarampudi Chandrasekhar Reddy, K Kannababu and Dorababu, he flayed that they resorted to huge corruption and stringent actions would be initiated, if the alliance is voted to power. He exhorted the youth to fight against the YSRCP anarchic government till it is defeated in the election.
Stating that he paid Rs 70 crore income tax, he said despite earning crores of rupees in the cinemas, he entered politics only to serve people and for the progress of the state. He wooed voters to elect the JSP, TDP and BJP candidates.
