Revanth on KCR-Governor patch up

TPCC President Revanth Reddy said that KCR made people believe that a gulf existed between Pragathi Bhavan and Raj Bhavan and acted as if they were enemies. Now that elections are coming, both of them talked behind closed doors at the Raj Bhavan.
“What is the secret between you?” he asked. “If you want to talk about public issues, you can speak in front of everyone,” he said.
“KCR criticised the Governor for many years as she was the President of the BJP in TN and now he goes to the Governor and says that the BRS President is talking. Does this not indicate an alliance between the two?” he said.
Terming Asaduddin Owaisi as the ‘Chhota Bhai’ of Modi, Revanth said that Modi, KCR and Asaduddin are partners in crime.
He said that Modi, KCR and Asaduddin are different outwardly but their minds are one.He said that Modi, KCR and Asaduddin are different outwardly but their minds are one. He said that when the BRS CAR goes to New Delhi it becomes a Lotus. Why is Asaduddin not questioning KCR for supporting Modi? Minorities should note this, Revanth said and added that voting for the BRS and the AIMIM is voting for Modi.
He said that Dharani has become an ATM for KCR. Earlier, the Kaleshwaram project and the Palamuru-Ranga Reddy projects were KCR’s ATMs. Now Dharani has turned into his ATM, Revanth added.
On Friday, the BJP State Executive Committee Member from Mahbubnagar constituency, lawyer NP Venkatesh and many leaders from the BRS and the BJP joined the Congress. Revanth invited them to the party at his Jubilee Hills residence and addressed party leaders.
He reiterated that Dharani would be scrapped if the Congress came to power and that the Congress would introduce a better system than Dharani. He said that the land titles will be guaranteed and lands will be protected. There will be no protection for the lands of Dalits and tribals as long as Dharani exists, he said.
Revanth said that KCR is using Dharani to steal the state’s resources. After Dharani was introduced, 35 lakh acres belonging to Dalits and tribals were grabbed. He accused KCR of becoming a broker and doing the work of VROs.
He accused KCR of placing Collectors in the front and grabbing lands. “How many hundreds of crores have come through Dharani and how many hundreds of acres have been occupied are being assessed, he said.
Revanth challenged the government to organise Gram Sabhas in 12,000 gram panchayats regarding the Dharani portal.
“KCR is asking how the Rythu Bima and Rythu Bandhu schemes can be continued if Dharani is scrapped. Dharani was introduced in 2020 but Rythu Bandhu and Rythu Bima were started in 2018. The Congress is credited with waiving the loans of farmers and compensating crop losses. Welfare schemes are implemented based on details available in the revenue department,” Revanth said.
“When we ask about the loot Minister Srinivas Goud is playing the BC card. Aren’t the people against whom false cases were filed not BCs?” Revanth asked.
After the Congress comes to power, the elderly, widows, disabled, beedi workers, single women, toddy tappers, weavers, AIDS victims, filaria and dialysis patients will be given a pension of Rs 4,000 per month, he said.
He once again said that farmers will get a loan waiver of Rs 2 lakh, two lakh posts in government service will be filled and an LPG cylinder will be supplied for Rs 500.
He said the government will bear medical expenses up to Rs 5 lakh for the poor through Aarogyasri and every poor person who builds a house will be given Rs 5 lakh.
