Who stopped you from categorising SC quota, Kharge asks PM Modi

AICC president Mallikarjuna Kharge ridiculed Prime Minister Narendra Modi for announcing in Hyderabad on November 11 that his government will appoint a committee for the categorisation of SC reservations, asking the latter to tell who stopped him to do this in the last 10 years. Modi will do nothing to categorisae of SC Reservations, Kharge said. While addressing the Congress party manifesto release function at Gandhi Bhavan on Friday, Kharge said that Modi government has two-third majority and it is easy to do categorisation of SC reservations while bringing an ordinance in this regard.
Kharge said that the Congress has done everything for the SCs, STs, Minorities and BCs. The Congress is the party that brought the Constitution and at that time Modi had not yet taken birth. He said that the party already announced that it will allot reservations in proportion to the population after conducting a caste census.
