Will develop playgrounds if TDP comes to power: Gadde Rama Mohana Rao

If TDP comes to power in the State, the government will set up facilities for walking and playing games on the premises of the Chennupati Ramakotaiah Municipal Corporation Indoor Stadium, which is located at Patamata in Vijayawada, said Vijayawada East MLA and TDP candidate Gadde Rama Mohan Rao. For better health, everyone should develop habits of playing sports and games besides morning walks, he said.
As part of the election campaigning, Gadde Rama Mohana Rao interacted with walkers, who visit the Chennupati Ramakotaiah Indoor Stadium regularly, on Thursday. He walked with them and played volleyball, badminton and other games. Also, he had tea along with walkers at a tea stall. Later, the walkers felicitated the sitting MLA.
Later, he said that the TDP announced his name as Vijayawada East candidate and Kesineni Sivanath alias Chinni’s name as Vijayawada Lok Sabha candidate. He urged them to cast their votes for the TDP symbol cycle in the upcoming elections.  If people voted for the TDP, party chief N Chandrababu Naidu would become Chief Minister, and again Vijayawada City would be developed in future, he said.
Further, he said that the government must provide walking tracks and sports facilities for the people to improve their health. As there are no such places in the city, as per the request by the walkers, he would strive to develop the government and VMC school playgrounds. However, people should use those facilities without creating inconvenience to the students, he added. VMC Corporator Mummaneni Prasad, party leaders K Rajesh, P Ajay and others were present.
