YSRCP MP Margani Bharat Ram asked the cadres to work hard to win the next elections.
Addressing party activists at a programme held in police convention hall here presided over by RUDA chairman R Suryaprakas Rao, MP Bharat Ram asked the cadres to work for the party, assuring of taking care about them.
“Our aim should be winning the Rajahmundry urban constituency. All activists should strive hard for the election victory. Every activist in the YSRCP is a leader. All are equal in the party. The goal of all the activists must be making Jagan Mohan Reddy as the Chief Minister of the state for the second time,” the MP told his cadres.
The MP claimed that he had put in all efforts for the development of Rajahmundry city and he promised that he would work with the same spirit for the development of the in the future also.
The TDP has the MLAs in the city but they had never participated in the development activities and never tried to resolve the grievances of people, he criticised. “There is no use of electing such leaders again. The government released Rs 2000 crore for the development of the area during the Godavari Pushkarams in 2015 but no development took place here,” he slammed.
Rajahmundry rural coordinator Chadan Nageswar, BC State JAC chairman Margani Nageswara Rao and city president Adapa Srihari were among those who were present.
