In a recent statement, YSRCP MP Nandigam Suresh has confirmed that the government is committed to constructing houses for the SC, ST, Minorities, and economically disadvantaged residents in Amaravati. He addressed the media and expressed concerns about the hindrance caused by TDP and others in the construction process, as they sought legal intervention to halt the ongoing works.
Suresh said that the core issue is the disparity between the wealthy and the impoverished, echoing the sentiments of Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, who has pledged to provide housing for the underprivileged.
Despite the challenges, MP Suresh remains determined and stated that he will approach the Apex court to challenge the High Court’s interim direction, ensuring that housing projects for marginalised communities continue without further delays.
Regarding the opposition leaders, Chandrababu and Pawan Kalyan, MP Suresh criticized their behavior, likening it to that of street rowdies. He accused them of engaging in disruptive tactics and conspiracies to regain political power. MP Suresh urged the public to view the videos of their public speeches, highlighting their alleged provocative language.
Referring to a recent incident in Punganur, MP Suresh criticized Chandrababu for inciting violence with his inflammatory remarks against the police. He held Chandrababu responsible for provoking the party cadre, which led to the unfortunate attack on the police. MP Suresh questioned Chandrababu’s conduct, especially considering his 14-year tenure as Chief Minister.
MP Suresh also brought up an incident involving Pawan Kalyan’s silence on an attack by TDP cadre on the police. He accused Pawan Kalyan of failing to condemn the violence and arson caused by his party supporters, despite being vocal about other matters. This inconsistency, according to MP Suresh, raises concerns about the intentions and priorities of the opposition leaders.
Drawing attention to the peaceful state under CM Jagan Mohan Reddy’s leadership, MP Suresh accused TDP and JSP of attempting to disturb the peace to regain political control. He pointed out Chandrababu’s focus on Amaravati’s real estate business and his alleged disregard for the welfare of other regions.
In conclusion, MP Suresh asserted that both Chandrababu and Pawan Kalyan pose a significant threat to the state and its people. He expressed confidence that the public will hold them accountable in the upcoming elections. Additionally, MP Suresh referred to an incident involving a former TDP minister, where allegations of misbehavior with women surfaced, pointing to the need for ethical conduct by all political representatives.
