One woman agriculture worker was killed and 14 others were injured when the auto-rickshaw in which they were travelling collided with an unidentified vehicle at Chennai Kothapalli village in Sri Satya Sai district on Thursday.
Police said that 15 agriculture workers were returning from fields in the ill-fated auto rickshaw. The auto-rickshaw collided with an unidentified vehicle resulting in it veering off the road and falling into a ditch, killing Anjanamma instantaneously. As many as 14 agriculture workers were injured in the mishap and they were shifted to the GGH in Anantapur.
