The people of 10 panchayats in Kamareddy constituency have unanimously decided to vote for KCR.
The Yellampeta, Ankireddypally, Nadimi Thanda, Vyta Thanda, Bodagutta Thanda, Maisamma Churu, Rajakan Pet, Vaddera Gudem, Gunti Thanda and Godupally panchayats of Machareddy Mandal in Kamareddy have already passed the resolution unanimously.
On Saturday, Machareddy mandal BRS leaders and activists gathered at the residence of BRS MLC Kavitha in Hyderabad and presented copies of the resolution.
Speaking on the occasion, Kavitha said that under the leadership of MLA Gampa Govardhan the BRS activists passed a unanimous resolution. Accepting MLA Gampa Govardhan’s request the party decided to field KCR in Kamareddy in addition to Gajwel, she said.
She said that the decision has created a new enthusiasm not only in the two constituencies but across the state. She made it clear that due to the arrival of KCR in Kamareddy, not only Kamareddy district but the joint Nizamabad district and four to five neighbouring districts will take big strides in development.
Kavitha expressed her gratitude to the people of the 10 villages who have decided to unanimously vote for KCR.
She said that the people of these 10 villages had given a new enthusiasm to the party so that its ‘car’ can pass without stopping.
She said that the panchayats of Machareddy mandal passed a resolution regardless of parties and no matter what people like Shabbir Ali say the people will see KCR independent of parties, castes and religions.
She said that a huge public meeting will be held in Kamareddy on August 28 under the leadership of MLA Gampa Govardhan and he will also attend the meeting. KCR should get a bigger majority in Kamareddy than in Gajwel, said Kavitha.
