In view of the tense and unprecedented situation along India’s international border with Pakistan, the Andhra Pradesh Government has established a 24×7 Control Room at Andhra Pradesh Bhavan in New Delhi to assist its residents currently residing or travelling in the border states.
The Control Room has been set up to offer timely support, guidance and essential assistance to people of Andhra origin in Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and Himachal Pradesh.
In an official statement, the Resident Commissioner of Andhra Pradesh Bhavan said the state government was closely monitoring the developing situation in coordination with the Central Government and the respective State authorities.
