281 police officers to be awarded service medals on May 10

A  total of 281 police officers will be awarded various service medals in recognition of their outstanding performance and service to the nation on May 10. The awards will be presented at a ceremony to be held at Ravindra Bharathi in Hyderabad, and will be presented by State Home Minister Mahmood Ali and DGP Anjani Kumar.

The awards will include Ati Utkrit Seva Schemes-2022, Utkrit Seva Schemes-2022, Extraordinary Suggestion Skill Scheme, Central Home Minister Medals for best performance in investigation and training, Shaurya Pathak – 2022, and Mahonnatha Seva Scheme – 2022, among others.

A total of 30 police officers will be awarded Ati Utkrit Seva Schemes-2022, while 28 will be awarded Utkrit Seva Schemes-2022. Seven police officers will be awarded Extraordinary Suggestion Skill Scheme, while eight will be awarded Central Home Minister Medals for best performance in investigation and training.

Eleven police officers will be awarded Central Home Minister Medals for their exceptional service, while another 11 will be awarded Shaurya Pathak – 2022. Seven police officers will be awarded Mahonnatha Seva Scheme – 2022.

In addition, Telangana State Uttam Seva Padhak-2019 will be awarded to 84 police officers, Antrik Suraksha Seva Scheme-2019 to 67 police officers, and Antrik Suraksha Seva Padhak-2021 to 28 police officers. Among the recipients will be one DGP, two additional DGs, two IGs, one DIG, two SPs, five additional SPs, 22 DSPs, 39 Inspectors, 57 SIs, 31 ASIs, 22 Head Constables, and 96 Constables.

The awards ceremony will be attended by senior police officers, government officials, and family members of the awardees.
