23 kg ganja seized in train

The Excise and Enforcement officials on Friday seized a total of Rs 10 lakh worth of 23 kg of dry cannabis while checking Konark Express in Khammam.
The Konark Express comes from Bhubaneswar to Mumbai via Hyderabad. While carrying out checks in the train, the police found two bags of ganja and those were seized by the Excise Enforcement police within the limits of Khammam-2 station.
Previously also, the officials seized drugs in the same train.
The inspections were conducted by Excise Enforcement CI Sunkari Ramesh along with Harish, Venkat, Hanmantha Rao, Sudhir, Vijay and Baby.
