Hundreds of people gathered at the TDP central office in Amaravati on Saturday to submit appeals to party supremo and Chief Minister, Nara Chandrababu Naidu. As scheduled, Chandrababu Naidu, who visits the party office every Saturday, arrived at the TDP headquarters in the morning, where hundreds were waiting to submit their appeals. Upon his arrival, Chandrababu immediately received appeals from the differently abled Rajamahendravaram at the main entrance gate.
Later, the Chief Minister met with party activists and others in the media room, where he was briefed on various public issues, including land disputes, health matters, and personal issues. The party leaders and activists requested opportunities to be considered for nominated posts. Those who had worked for Bheema Mitra during the earlier TDP regime asked to be reinstated.
Chandrababu Naidu appreciated the efforts of Sheik Assin and Md Imtiaz, who run a furniture shop in Vijayawada, for donating Rs 1 lakh towards building Amaravati. Palla Srinivasa Rao, the president of the State unit of the TDP, MLC Ashok Babu, and others participated in the programme.
The Vetch Preetam couple from Guntur visited Chandrababu at the party office with their one-year-old daughter, Hitaishe, who suffers from spinal muscular atrophy, a serious ailment. They made a fervent appeal to the Chief Minister for Rs 16 crore to purchase a life-saving medicine that needs to be administered within a month. Chandrababu promised that their appeal would be examined promptly.

Later, the Chief Minister held a meeting with senior party leaders in his chambers to discuss ongoing issues within the party across the State.
