AP CID seizes crucial docs from Narayana institutions

The AP CID raids on the Narayana institutions in Hyderabad regarding involvement of former minister Ponguru Narayana in the Amaravati assigned lands scam concluded on Wednesday. According to sources, the CID officials have seized important documents and hard disks, which will be analysed further. A team of 10 officials from the AP CID started the search on NSPIRA Management Services Private Limited in Hyderabad, in connection with the assigned lands scam in Amaravati Capital City, on Tuesday. The search continued and concluded on Wednesday.

According to reliable sources, AP CID officials, during the investigation, have found evidence for the involvement of close relatives of former minister P Narayana and 11 other persons in the purchase of assigned lands in Amaravati. The CID found persons related to Narayana from Pangara of Nizamabad district, Hanumakonda and Hyderabad of Telangana State and Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Guntur and East Godavari districts involved in the purchase of assigned lands of Amaravati. The CID officials are going to decode the hard disks and will thoroughly examine the valuable documents found during the searches to conduct further investigation.
