Director Kishore Tirumala’s upcoming film with mass entertainer Ravi Teja was officially launched recently and is set to go on floors this coming Monday. According to reliable sources, actress Ashika Ranganath has been roped in as the female lead opposite Ravi Teja.
Ashika, who made her Telugu debut in Naa Saami Ranga alongside Nagarjuna, has since been busy with projects in Tamil and Kannada. She also plays a significant role in the upcoming Chiranjeevi starrer Vishwambhara. This film with Ravi Teja marks her third Telugu project.
Director Kishore Tirumala, known for films like Nenu Sailaja, Vunnadi Okate Zindagi, Chitralahari, and Aadavallu Meeku Johaarlu, has consistently portrayed strong women in his stories. Given this, expectations are high that Ashika’s role in the new film will be performance-oriented and impactful.
