Paryavarana Parirakshana Samithi founder president Ln Ramireddy Sridhar received Atmanirbhar Bharat Vikas Ratan Award on Monday in Delhi.
The Economics for Health and Education Growth and All India Business Development Association jointly gave the award at a two-day national seminar on individual contribution to economic & social development on Constitution Club premises in Delhi on Monday.
The award was presented to Ramireddy Sridhar by the recipient of Padmashri Dr. Jitender Singh Shunty and Lt. Col Mikhail Coriushkin.
He was awarded the Atmanirbhar Bharat Vikas Ratan Award for his contribution to society over the last 22 years through Paryavarana Parirakshana Samithi, established in Nandigama mandal of NTR district. He has been tirelessly fighting against single-use plastic. He also organised various social activities on Indian culture, programmes, and many other social activities.
