Babus not prepared to leave official residence

For Telangana officials who have continued in their positions long after their retirement because of what they had brought to the table under the previous dispensation, the regime change is yet to sink in. Such officials were evidently not prepared for a tumultuous change. S Narsing Rao, who used to call the shots in the Chief Minister’s Office, has taken noticeably a long period for vacating his official residence. It is understood that he has just given notice and is preparing to move out of his official quarters.
