Bandi incensed over KTR calling people ‘unintelligent’

BJP national secretary and Karimnagar MP Bandi Sanjay Kumar on Sunday took BRS working president KT Rama Rao for making remarks belittling the people of Telangana. He said that KTR called the people not intelligent because they had voted against BRS.
Sanjay Kumar, who is also the BJP nominee from Karimnagar Lok Sabha seat, was incensed over the remarks of the KTR who described Andhra people as more intelligent than the people of Telangana.
He took objection to KTR making unsavoury remarks against the people of Telangana who waged a struggle to achieve statehood in Telangana? He said that KTR, who did a small job in the US, was elected to power by the people. But, he chose to belittle the very people who elected him and helped him hold the reins of power.
How can KTR call the Telangana employees who went to the extent of sacrificing their jobs and took part in the Sakala Janula Samme “brainless”, he questioned KTR.
The BJP leader accused KTR of forgetting the sacrifices made by 1400 youths to secure statehood for Telangana.
Going one step further, Sanjay appealed to the electorate to vote for the BRS only if they were not intelligent. He urged the people to vote for BJP to prove they are intelligent.
The agenda of the BJP is to resolve the problems of the people and appeal to the voters to teach a lesson to the BRS and the Congress. To a question from his BRS rival B Vinod Kumar, Bandi Sanjay said that he is free to run for the Lok Sabha election though he lost the Assembly elections. In a democracy, anybody can contest elections.
