TPCC chief B. Mahesh Kumar Goud has fixed another date for Cabinet expansion. The new date is June first week.

Responding to a question on cabinet expansion on Saturday at Nizamabad, Mahesh said that the Cabinet expansion may take place by May-end or June first week. The Chief Minister has to decide on cabinet expansion. We only give suggestions, he said.

“The delay in cabinet expansion is due to various equations. Hopefuls are more, but minister posts are few. The high command and the CM have to take the final decision. The cabinet has to be expanded as soon as possible,” Mahesh said. Responding to Minister Konda Surekha’s remarks, he said that some people had wilfully distorted her comments. He warned that cases will be filed against those who spread lies through social media. He said the TG government will follow the system adopted by Madhya Pradesh against those who spread lies through social media.
