CBI grills CM’s OSD in Viveka case

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which is probing the sensational murder of Y S Vivekananda Reddy, grilled Krishna Mohan Reddy, Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in the Chief Minister’s Office, and Navin, who works in the house of the Chief Minister.

Both Krishna Mohan Reddy and Navin appeared before the CBI in Kadapa and the CBI officials questioned them for about six-and-a-half hours in the Central Prison here on Friday.

The CBI issued notices to Krishna Mohan Reddy and Navin based on the call data of MP YS Avinash Reddy’s phone.

According to sources, the CBI officials questioned them about where they were on the day when Vivekananda Reddy was murdered, with whom they spoke over the phone, and who telephoned them.

It is learnt that CBI SP Ram Singh questioned them on various issues including whether they had given their mobile phones to somebody else.

According to reliable sources, the CBI officials grilled Navin separately.

It may be mentioned here that the CBI officials questioned YSRCP Kadapa MP Y S Avinash Reddy in the Vivekananda Reddy murder case in Hyderabad on January 28.
