Celebrated as topper but detested as cop

Gaush Alam, celebrated as topper of 2017 batch, is today detested as an insensitive cop. As the Superintendent of Police, he not only slapped his subordinate Ravi Kumar, ASI, for allowing his family to offer prayers at Sammakka-Saralamma Jatara but also made him kneel down and insulted him otherwise too in front his family members. The ASI, who broke down, gained support and quaffed the milk of human kindness from his peers and others. Official circles are now discussing that cops at top levels are interested more in taking care of political strategist Sunil Kanugolu, chief advisor of Karnataka’s Congress unit, than in treating their fraternal colleagues fairly.
