Government Chief Whip Dasyam Vinay Bhaskar on Thursday visited the flood-hit area in the constituency.
He visited Rama Nagar, Rajaji Nagar, Naimnagar, Peddamma Gadda and a few others. Vinay Bhaskar also visited the relief camps and interacted with the people there. He asked the officials to set up more relief camps if necessary.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Whip stressed the need to rise above politics and provide help to people in distress. He directed the officials to ensure the safety of people.
He went to the house of BRS activists Ram Raj whose house caved in due to incessant rains.
He interacted with people in colonies. He assured the people in rain-hit areas that the government would provide all assistance to them. He called upon people to help the people in the rain-hit areas.
