Cong leaders in a fix over new TPCC chief

What is in the mind of the Congress high command? Will it appoint a new TPCC chief before the Lok Sabha elections or not? After the appointment of the TPCC Election Committee Telangana Congress leaders are expressing this doubt.
After the Congress came to power in the Assembly elections TPCC President Revanth Reddy was made the Chief Minister. When Revanth became the Chief Minister, Congress leaders thought that the high command would appoint a new TPCC chief in place of Revanth as he is now the Chief Minister.
Some Congress leaders started lobbying to get the TPCC President’s post. In fact, there were no indications from the high command regarding the appointment of a new TPCC President.
In these circumstances, the high command constituted a TPCC Election Committee under the chairmanship of the TPCC President Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. Usually, the PCC President will be the Chairman of the Pradesh Election Committee. Some Congress leaders think that the high command may not appoint a new TPCC chief before the Lok Sabha elections.
Now Congress affairs in Telangana are going on smoothly. Those who criticised Revanth have adjusted with him and at present everything is going well. The high command thinks that in these circumstances if a new TPCC President is appointed the atmosphere may get spoiled.
After 10 years under TPCC President Revanth Reddy, the Congress came to power in Telangana. The Congress high command thinks that if they go for Lok Sabha elections with Revanth as the TPCC President the party may win most seats.
The Congress high command is sentimental about TPCC presidents. For example, in 2004 in United Andhra Pradesh the Congress came to power and D. Srinivas was the then PCC President. After this, the Congress high command gave more importance to D. Srinivas.
Again during the 2009 Assembly elections D. Srinivas was made the PCC President and the Congress retained power. Now also it seems that the high command is following the same practice. If that is true a new TPCC President will be appointed only after the Lok Sabha elections.
