DGP launches poster for ‘Good Health Run’

AP DGP KV Rajendranath Reddy launched the poster for the second edition of Good Health Run, organised by Manipal Hospitals, Vijayawada, on Wednesday.

The Good Health Run comprises 5K and 10K categories. The run is scheduled to begin at 5.30 am on December 11 from BRTS Road, Padavalarevu Centre. Speaking on the occasion, Dr Sudhakar Kantipudi, Hospital Director, said: “We are extremely grateful for the support and enthusiasm shown by the citizens of the city as this would be the second edition of the run being conducted by Manipal Hospital, Vijayawada. Running helps the body maintain good balance and keeps a timely check. Manipal Hospital is committed in its endeavor towards raising awareness, inspiring all of us to act against any disease and keep the body in good health.”

Only those who are above 16 years of age are allowed to take part in the run. Interested persons can register their names on www.ifinish.in.
