Documentary films on TS bag five awards

Documentary Films on Telangana development schemes won five awards at the 16th Global Communication Conclave held in Kolkata. The films were made by DSN Films and Dulam Satyanarayana, the CEO and MD of DSN Films Pvt Ltd, an international award-winning documentary filmmaker, received the awards.

The award categories in which DSN Films won are the crystal award arts, and the culture and sports campaign for the Buddhavanam Spiritual Tourism Film. The Gold Award was given for the visionary leadership campaign of the year for a progressive Telangana led by KCR. Another Gold Award was given for the travel, leisure and hospitality campaign of Telangana Tourism’s Somasila Tourism Circuit.

The Gold Award for healthcare communication films was given for the Covid-19 awareness campaign in Telangana. The Bronze Award was given for government communication films on Rythu Bandhu and Rythu Bhima films. Dulam Satyanarayana thanked the jury and PRCI for recognising the efforts behind creating a series of audio-visual content for the Telangana Government.

“These awards wouldn’t have been possible without the encouragement of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao and Minister KT Rama Rao. These awards will encourage our future endeavours and growth,” he added.
