Today’s world creates a wide range of distractions. So, consistent efforts are the prerequisites to succeed in field. Being consistent is more important than being motivated, especially for long-term goals.Consistency is the key factor to achieve a demanding goal. Life is largely governed by principles, not miracles and certainly not feelings. Arsene Wenger said, ‘When you look at people who are successful, you will find that they aren’t the people who are motivated, but have consistency in their motivation.’

Most people embark on success journey with great enthusiasm and put their heart and soul into their work. But after a few days, the passion fizzles out, and they fail to accomplish their goals. People talk about success, achievements and attaining their goals, but a few ever achieve them. Majority of them are not consistent in their thoughts and activities. Ultimately, what separates successful people from unsuccessful people is their consistency in delivering tasks, even when they do not feel motivated. Consistency is about attitude and character. It is a great characteristic to build and implement in life. The key to consistency is setting and achieving specific goals.

Dwanye Johnson says that “Success isn’t always about greatness. It’s about consistency. Consistent hard work leads to success. Greatness will come.”Consistency is the critical driver for success. It requires a long-term commitment from and involves sustained effort in doing actions repeatedly until expected results will come out. To be consistent means to focus on the present moment and maintain a long-term view that helps improve quality of daily actions.

Employees may improve their consistency by practicing time management, setting productivity goals and identifying areas of improvement. Learning how to practise consistency at work may boost productivity and help receive positive feedback from management. Consistency comes from unflinching commitment and consistent people do not procrastinate – they swing into action, and continually work hard until they achieve their goals. Leadership expert John Maxwell says, “Small disciplines repeated with consistency every day lead to great achievements gained slowly over time.

“Right actions with consistency are essential to accomplish professional prowess. Practise consistency for impeccable performance and results. Without consistency, it’s difficult to aching goals. Consistency is the ability to repeat an action over a period of time One thing unsuccessful people have in common is they lack consistency. So, to become successful in chosen life of field, practise consistency in thinking, stay disciplined, and show have greater intention for the things to do. Consistency is the key that unlocks the door to success in any field. Continual efforts and consistency are vital to reach desired objectives require. The key to consistency comes from habits. Achieving a success and reaching ultimate goals require consistency. Dwayne Johnson said it best: “Success isn’t always about greatness. It’s about consistency.

Consistent hard work leads to success. Greatness will come. “Most people are in the habit of juggling multiple things simultaneously, with the result in switching over various tasks without getting anyone near completion. To work consistently, people should focus on one particular task with full attention. When consistency is an important element to achieve desired goals, practice it to the maximum advantage.

When people are consistent, they do the same thing over and over regardless of the environment and repeat the same process because it produces a desired result. Why do some people achieve massive success in their field of endeavour, while others achieve very little? The reason is simple ‘consistency.’ To be consistent means to fully dedicate to achieve goal. It means to fully stay engaged without distraction. Stefan James, the founder of Project Life Mastery and a Life and Business Coach, says “consistency is referred to as adherence to the same principles in a steadfast way.

If you want to achieve anything of value and meaning in your life, then you need to be consistent. “To be consistent requires commitment and sustained effort of action over the long-term. It is about repeating the same actions, gaining feedback from these actions and adjusting them accordingly to achieve desired results. Consistency can take time and practice.
