Dr YSR UHS announces men’s badminton team

Dr YSR University of Health Sciences Sports Board Secretary Dr E Trimurthy has announced the university men’s badminton team that will take part in the South Zone Inter University Badminton Tournament to be held at Jain University, Bengaluru, from November 27 to 30.

He said that the team would leave Vijayawada on November 26 to take part in the South Zone Men’s Badminton Tournament. K Naga Raju, Physical Director of Konaseema Institute of Medical Sciences, Amalapuram, will be acting as coach-cum-manager. Dr YSR University Vice Chancellor Dr P Shyama Prasad and Registrar Dr Ch Srinivasa Rao congratulated the players.

B Venkat Thimma Raju, Sk Suleman, J Udith Royal, D Sachin Vinay (GSL Medical College Rajamahendravaram), V Charan, K Jaya Surya Chowdary (Dr Pinnamaneni Siddhartha Institute of Medical Sciences, China Avutapalli), K Dinesh (St.Joseph College of Nursing, Eluru).
