Expo Defence organised at PB Siddhartha College

On the occasion of flag day 4 NCC battalions of Parvathaneni Bhramhayya Siddhartha College of Arts and Science an exhibition ‘EXPO DEFENCE’, the mighty heroes of the battle fields was organized here on Wednesday.

This Expo was inaugurated by Brigadier (Retired) VV Reddy. VSM Director Sainik Welfare AP, College principal Dr.M.Ramesh, Director V Babu Rao, Dean Dr.Rajesh.C.Jampala and other dignitaries including Balaji, V Raja Rao were among those who were present. Speaking on the occasion, Chief Guest (Retired Brigadier) V V Reddy said that the exhibition was an excellent way of showcasing the strength and power of the Indian Army.

Lieutenant K Vijay, sub lieutenant A Vekatesh, Lieutenant Rohini Kusuma explained that the main aim of conducting this exhibition is to improve the spirit of patriotism and selfless service among the student community and encourage them to join the armed forces. In this exhibition cadets show cased models like the different ships, flags, knots, gallantry awards, base camp, MI room, war area, section formation and army cannon.
