Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan and esteemed director Mani Ratnam are poised to reunite after nearly 17 years for their upcoming project, Thug Life, currently in the dynamic stages of pre-production.
Amidst the anticipation, speculation has been rife on social media regarding Gautham Karthik, initially introduced to the industry by Mani Ratnam in Kadal (Kadali in Telugu), potentially playing a significant role in the film. However, an official confirmation from the team is still pending.
The commencement of filming for Thug Life is expected in February 2024. The stellar cast includes confirmed names such as Trisha Krishnan, Dulquer Salmaan, and Jayam Ravi, each set to bring essential characters to life in this biggie.
Produced jointly by Kamal Haasan, Mani Ratnam, R. Mahendran, and Siva Ananthi under Raaj Kamal International Films and Madras Talkies banners, the movie will feature music by the talented AR Rahman.
