Harish: Cong brought back miseries of united AP days

Must read

Senior BRS MLA Harish Rao lashed out at the Congress Government, accusing it of dragging Telangana back to the sorry conditions that existed during united Andhra Pradesh days.
Lashing out at the deteriorating state of public healthcare, he said that Congress rule had reduced government hospitals to such a state that people are now hesitating to seek treatment there.
Harish said that the collapse of the public healthcare system under the Congress government is yet another testament to its governance failure over the past year and a half. He criticized the administration for its inability to provide even basic fever tablets, calling it a reflection of its inefficiency.
He added that patients were being forced to buy common medicines for colds and body aches from private pharmacies, which exposed the government’s neglect.

Pointing out the lack of Vitamin A syrup for children, Harish questioned Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s commitment to public health. “This alone shows how much the Chief Minister and his government care about the medical needs of the poor,” he said.
He said that lakhs of underprivileged people visit government hospitals with the hope of receiving treatment, but the incompetence of the Congress government is now making them lose faith in the system. He accused the Congress of betraying the poor through its negligence and called its rule a curse on the underprivileged.
Recalling Congress’ election slogan, “We need change, Congress must come,” Harish said that the only change people had seen was deception.

“This is not change, but a scam that has now become clear to everyone,” he said, targeting the Chief Minister and the Health Department.
